As a Sous chef specializing in **European Cuisine**, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen overseeing various kitchen operations related to European culinary specialties. You culinary expertise and dedication will be instrumental in delivering exceptional food and maintaining kitchen efficiency.**Key Responsibilities**:- **Menu Development**: Collaborate with the management team to create and update European Cuisine menus. Suggest innovative dishes and seasonal specials while considering cost-effectiveness and ingredient availability.- **Food Preparation**:Lead and supervise kitchen staff in the preparation and cooking of European dishes, maintaining consistency and quality.- **Kitchen Operations**: Oversee various kitchen operations, including food productions, inventory management, and kitchen hygiene, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.- **Ingredient Handling**:Assist in the ingredient sourcing and selection, ensuring the use of the finest and freshest ingredients for menu items.- **Staff Training**:Train and mentor kitchen staff in European cooking techniques, kitchen safety, and sanitation regulations.- **Quality Control**: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all dishes meet the restaurant's standards and customer expectations.- **Inventory Management**:Manage inventory levels, minimize waste, and control food costs.**Qualification**:- Proven experience as a Sous Chef, with a specialization in European Cuisine.- Culinary degree or equivalent certification is a plus.- In depth knowledge of European culinary techniques, recipes, and ingredients.- Strong leadership and communication skills.- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced kitchen environment.- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.- Able to work on all shifts including weekends and holidays.- **Able to start AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, Based in Petaling Jaya.**Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shift
