To assist in analyzing process gaps issue address by multiple stakeholders and explore the opportunity for system and process improvementEnsure proper records for each cases highlight and manage the documentation of process and procedure correctly for reference.**Key Responsibilities**:- Verify issues highlighted, manage SLA and as directed or requested, to keep the business and senior management informed of the any issues that require to be addressed urgently- Facilitate the supports to every inquiries and assistance needed by branches on any process issue and direction require- Always works to identify potential process improvement needed to enhance branch processes- Responsible to communicate and engage with branches and sales centre appropriately in giving supports and helps to improve their productivity.- Assist in the identification of control weaknesses and recommending (implementing when applicable) solutions and controls for future improvements.- Keep abreast of changes in laws, regulations, professional standards and changes in the credit requirement & credit regulatory that could affect the business risk profile to ensure business comply with BNM/other agency requirement.- Maintain a strict level of confidentiality on all matters reviewed to ensure compliance to relevant regulatory.- Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep management informed of the customer satisfaction level & ensuring reputational risk is well taken care off.- Any other job function specify by supervisor and direct manager**Requirements**:**Requirements**:Bachelor Degree - Business Administration or any other discipline.5 years' experience in financial industry, preferably in credit related department.- Analytical skills- Strong organizational skills**Benefits**:Dental, Education support, Miscellaneous allowance, Medical, Loans, Sports (e.g. Gym), Parking, Vision, Regular hours, Mondays - Fridays, Casual Business Wear, Performance Based Rewards
