To sustain our amazing team who build effective learning and contribute to our growth, we're seeking to add a **Special Educational Needs Teacher **to join our team at **Eco Spring, Johor Bahru**.**Responsibilities**:- Assess students' current level of academic, expertise performance and their special needs.- To prepare lessons plan and teaching materials in advance, i.e. flash cards, Charts and Concrete Materials for each topic / lesson.- Develop Early Intervention Program (EIP) for students Implement EIP through special education teaching strategies and techniques to enable students meets their goal.- Plan and conduct activities in a small group setting.- Attend to children's basic needs by feeding them, dressing them, and changing their diapers.- Promoting social, communication and play expertise of students through group activities.- Manage student behavior through monitoring, supervising and assessing behavioral patterns.- Prepare and maintain accurate and complete record and prepare report of EIP, students' activities and progress.- Communicate and present progress report to parents.- Maintain good relationship with kids / parents / healthcare service provider / public.- Actively involved in company Projects;- Be a Joyous ambassador;- Participate in any company events including seminar, workshop and monthly meeting.- Any other duties assigned by the management**Requirements**:- Typically requires a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, Psychology or Early Childhood or equivalent.- Between 1 to 3 years working experience with special needs children.- Good verbal and written communication skills in both English (strong) and Bahasa Malaysia.- Knowledge in child development and special needs educational methods**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
