Special Needs Educator

Work with and teach children with special needs and disabilities- The teacher will assist in developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for each student. The Individualized Education Plan is designed to create individual goals for the student and is modified to the student's abilities and needs- Teachers can work independently to review the IEP with the child's parents. They work very closely with parents to keep them updated on progress and make recommendations to promote learning in the home. Select teaching methods and support resources to enable individual learners to maximize their potential for independent livingRequirement:- An added advantage for those who have at least 1-year working experience in the related position- Required to communicate in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia- Preferably with working experience in the related field, however fresh graduates with a passion for teaching special needs children are welcome- A positive, passionate, learning attitude is a must!**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus**Experience**:- Teaching: 1 year (required)
