Specialist, Digital Platform - Solution Architect

Job Responsibilities Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources;Provide first level support Group IT digital team support and prepare functional specifications documentation, inclusive of the monitoring, tracking of incident and service/change request in meeting service level obligation;Escalate to second level support for technical, resolution and development of digital solutions;Prepare, perform countries' requests for new application developments/enhancements in ensuring a standardized and harmonized process;Perform implementation of best practices, improvements or new/change requests from user and ensuring alignment with change process;Assist in testings and deployment/roll out of projects and global applications in timely and controlled manner;Provide second level support for global third party applications and work with the global vendors for resolution of issues/requests;Ensure adherence to service level agreement and processes;Ensure availability of a single point of contact to user for prompt communication; Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree Information Technology or a related degree;Minimum two to three years’ experience in a similar role;Demonstrate broad knowledge of IT application functionality and business solutions ;Experience in supervising, implementing and supporting applications developed in eCommerce platform;Familiar with IT Service Management framework;Abreast of the latest technologies and technological opportunities;Proven competency to handle confidential/sensitive information in an appropriate and secure manner;Proven basic numeracy and excellent quantitative analysis;Proven experience in working in digital or e-commerce projects ;Has experience working with vendor in agile methodology;Demonstrate basic skills in project management;Proven ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously and execute to completion in a timely manner;Proven competency to handle confidential/sensitive information in an appropriate and secure manner;Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English;Demonstrate proficiency in office productivity tools Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
