Then read on.About the RoleEnsure timely and accurate handling and submission of tax related matters. Assist and provide support in handling all financial reporting including Group, management, statutory and regulatory related reporting within the set timelines.Roles and ResponsibilitiesTaxHandle all matters pertaining to direct tax including annual tax return, tax estimates, monthly tax provision, current and deferred tax computation.Handle all matters pertaining to indirect tax including withholding tax and imported services tax.Assist in e-Invoicing related matters.Attend to any tax audit and tax investigation matters.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including Group Office, finance operations team, tax consultants, regulatory bodies on tax related matters.OthersAssist in handling monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc reporting including management reporting, Group reporting, statutory and regulatory reporting. Assist in annual budget preparation.Other ad-hoc requests and tasks that may arise from time to time.Job RequirementsPossess Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting and/or Professional Accounting Qualification. Preferably a member of MIA/MICPA and/or accounting bodies.Minimum 3 years of experience in taxation, preferably with experience in corporate tax and withholding tax.Proficient in the areas of taxation, financial reporting and auditing.Good interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.Independent, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.Knowledge in SAP System will be an added advantage.Forward thinker in ensuring all required task and activities are recorded in relevant system accurately and promptly.
