J**ob descriptions: E****xport Control (EC) C**- ompliance to national and international Export Control laws and regulations. K- eep up-to-date with EC Regulations by attending relevant internal and external export control trainings. R- aise general awareness on Export Control topics within the Company. A- ssist in the classification of products according to export control requirements (European Export Control Regulations, Malaysia Strategic Trade Act (2010), U.S. Commerce Control List and others). S- upport and review End-Use and End-User Controls checks. A- pply for export licenses with the authorities if national licenses are required and process export licenses to fulfil licensing requirements. R- eview and process Non-Standard shipments (NOSTAS) on Export Control requirements. P- repare for external audit by Infineon HQ and government authorities. T**ransit Management (TM) F**- reight bill verification preparation F- reight invoice verification and classification (financial coding) F- reight invoice approval and submission handling E- xtract and deliver shipping report to Finance controller to determine the freight cost allocation key.Y**ou are best equipped for this task if you have:B**- achelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant. Preferable1-2 years working experience in trade compliance F- resh graduate is also encouraged to apply. P- trong communication and good interpersonal skill. A- bility to work independently with good analytical skill and under minimum supervision. A- bility to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on tight deadlines.
