Details of the offer

As a Shared Service Specialist, you will join our Procurement department and work with different teams and global process owners to identify and implement improvement opportunities.In your new role you will:- Ensuring quality and effectiveness of the Supplier Master Data Maintenance processes- Work on automation, benchmarking and data analysis but also support and execute operational tasks eg: Create and maintain Supplier Master Data in the SLM solution and SAP ERP system- Maintain appropriate files, documents and reports regarding the Purchase to Order process handled in SLM tool to SAP solution- Advice and troubleshoot supplier related issues and miscellaneous administrative tasks related to suppliers- Conduct training session, stakeholder communication on new guidelines and processes from Business Process Owner.- Create, monitor and follow upon KPI reports for all countries served.You are best equipped for this task if you have:- A degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT or equivalent field of studies- Fresh entry (experience in Procurement/IT environment will be an added advantage)- 1-3 years of similar work experience preferred but not required- Good knowledge of MS Office tools, Excel (Macro), PowerPoint, and Outlook, supplier lifecycle management solution and SAP S/4 is preferred- Experience with data analysis and processes and an end-to-end view- Interest in process automation- Change management skills and analytical thinking- Proactive personality with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Demonstrates the highest standards of professional behavior in dealing with stakeholders- Fluency in English (mandatory).
