Specialist, Quality Assurance & Compliance

To comply with the requirements of the documented Quality Management System that meets the ISO 9001 Standard.- To ensure the quality management system conforms to the International Standard.- To report on the performance of the quality management systems and on opportunities for improvements to top management.- Plan, organize, coordinate and direct day to day risk and sustainability functions.- Prepare report for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).- Compile and liase with farms Compliance & Governance Steering Committee (CGSC).- Check and compile Due Diligence documents.**Requirements**:- At least 6 years of working experience in roles related field.- Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities.- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).- Knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2015- Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals across all organizational levels.- Uphold a high level of integrity, combined with a passion for the work, diligence, and perseverance.- Have a proficient command of the English language.- Competence in writing reports and making presentations for the various function of the division.- Vacancy available at Sg.
