Specialist Rollout

**Role Purpose**We are looking for Specialist Rollout who Responsible for delivery of new Build-to-Suit (BTS) sites.**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**- Lead in overseeing B2S delivery from project initialization to handover to customer and ensure delivery meets schedule, budget, and quality.- Assess and manage project risks effectively by escalating to management.- Manage customer expectations effectively and efficiently by continuously engaging with them on timelines and deliverables.- Work closely with Supply Chain and ensure contractors optimum price points in accordance with company's cost savings targets.- Prepare project planning document & status reports; and track and report progress to management on a weekly basis based on agreed tracking template.- Ensure that workplace is safe and free from accidents by compliance to Edgepoint's HSE guidelines.- Assist in the permitting during the pre-construction stage.- Assist in site audit & asset verification process to assess structural integrity of the company's assets.- Undertake special projects or any other tasks as assigned by the Head of Engineering & Operations.**SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE**- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.- At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end project management of telecommunication infrastructure projects.- PMP and / or other relevant project management tools certification is as an added advantage- Good communication skills and must be able to work collaboratively with Customers, business partners and colleagues.
