Description Primary Objective: To drive Business Banking Deposit agenda Deposit Product Management in SME Drives Company Joy@Work Portfolio Key Responsibilities: Business Strategies / Business Plan To support HOD to develop SME business strategy and align with overall deposit management strategy of Business Banking / BankDrives Company Joy@Work Portfolio, net interest income, fee income, healthy loan deposit ratio (LDR).Deposit Product ManagementConduct periodic / ad hoc analysis on deposit portfolio to understand behavior and trends to determine engagement model and tactical initiativesAnalysis on competitor offering and services, to keep management apprised of the market practiceWork with on aligning the SME Deposit Strategy with Group Strategy and focus.Develop marketing initiatives, bundling packages and channels to enhance product Enhance and develop innovative processes and ideas directly related to deposit activities to match market developments and customer needsDevelop and execute marketing communication plans and promotional strategy along with product positioningFormulate customer retention, cross sell and up-sell strategiesSupport the branch network in promotion and sales of products or campaignsDevelop product proposition programs initiatives for segment and cross channelsTo determine and prepare initiatives cost-benefit proposal for management approval & oversee actual initiatives spending/costing is within approved budget.To ensure timeliness in new initiatives launches and implementation of all programmes and analysis of program performance. To engage closely with respective internal & external stakeholders in exploring potential avenues for joint initiatives & value propositions. Ensure all the initiative/ system / processes are conforming to regulation requirements and guidelines OthersProvide support and collaborative with SME Acquisition & Ecosystem Squad to ensure seamless end-to-end customer journey. Provide collaborative and support with Joy@Work Squad to ensure employer and its employees end to end customer journey.
