In your new role you will:R- esponsible for New Hire Onboarding programs & initiatives R- esponsible as Program Manager for training or learning programs to design, develop, deploy & evaluate respective training programs R- esponsible for Subject Metter Expert (SME) platform nomination, development & recognition R- esponsible for coaching & mentoring programs R- esponsible for certification activities - ensuring compliance &maintaining polices, processes & performing data maintenance R- esponsible for library operation, inventory, expanse & management R- esponsible for On-Job-Training or exchange programs initiatives S- upport Health or Organization Effectiveness related programs P- erson in charge for TD team intranet & Xibo page R- dminister Training Center rooms, assets, upkeep/maintenance, assess control & utilization R- esponsible to develop and maintain policies & processes for HR TD Team programsYou are best equipped for this task if you have: D- egree in any field with relevant working experience in Human Resources A- t least 2 years working experience in Human Resources role with good exposure in Learning & Development consultation & administration E- xcellent team player with good interpersonal skill & able to communicate & interact with all level of employees R- esourceful and able to work under minimum supervision with the ability to work long hours when required E- xcellent verbal and written communication especially for English &Bahasa Malaysia P- roficient in Microsoft office suite especially Excel & PowerPoint E- xperience handling SAP related system H- ave a strong research & analysis, presentation, and reporting skillsIn our wafer production in Kulim we are producing more than 100.000 wafer each month.D**riving decarbonization and digitalization.
