**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:- Excellent communication and writing skills in **English** and **Bahasa Malaysia.**:- Able to communicate in **Mandarin** & **Cantonese**.- **SPM leavers** are encouraged to apply.- Able to work on **rotational shifts.**:- Prior working experience in the **call service industry** will be an added advantage.- Good problem-solving skills and ability to perform under a high paced working environment.- Age Group**:18-55 years old.****JOB DESCRIPTION**:- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issues related to the company's products.- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Signing bonus
