PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead overall Project Management Team and take full responsibility for the direction and delivery of the project outcome including resources, scheduling, costing from project definition, planning, execution and close-out activities
Identify and assess performance and compliance gaps and ascertain root-causes including associated business impacts/risks
Define and select relevant solutions or gap measures in line with the business expectation or strategic direction and ensure SMT and other stakeholders constantly being engaged
Develop, monitor and provide periodical update on agreed implementation plan that covers stakeholder’s engagement, change management, standard operating procedures, performance metrics, onboarding and training plan
Manage team members, relevant users and regulators to ensure pre-defined performance targets are met against project plan.
Provide an effective interface between SMT and Repsol Team in Madrid and Material Governance and Assurance Team at Petronas
Mentor and coach project team members
Initiate procurement initiatives for 3rd party services that are required for the project including contract management post award.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
The job holder should hold bachelor’s degree of Science or any Engineering discipline with an oil and gas industry experience more than 10 years.
Demonstrated leadership of relevant project management team not less than 5 years.
Project Management accreditation, LEAN or Six Sigma Practitioner would be an added advantage.
