Job Responsibilities: Full life cycle recruiting: End-to end recruitment process including preparing, sourcing, screening, selecting and hiring. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and fulfill manpower within time frame. Source candidate proactively from various recruitment online portal and offline channel. Manage all recruitment platforms and build relationships by linking up with school, college and universities. Responsible for on-boarding and off-boarding activities. To assist in conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities. To conduct exit interview for leavers and recording accordingly. Any other tasks assigned by immediate superior. Job Requirements: At least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experiences in in talent acquisition or similar role. Fluent in both Mandarin and English languages. Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, follow-up with sense of urgency and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
