Every electronic design in the world can be made complete with Nexperia products. As Project Manager you are key member of the global HR Projects & Operations Center of Excellence. In this role you will be developing and improving the HR project methodology and driving & monitoring the global HR project portfolio. By doing so you can really make your mark on the HR organization. You will report directly to the Head of HR Projects & Operations. Responsibilities Control global HR project portfolio; implement gated model to monitor the portfolio, track process and improve control. Responsible for developing and implementing HR projects on a global level. Ensuring that HR projects are completed on time and within budget. This may involve collaborating with HR staff, IT, legal, and other departments. Review and support the development of business cases together with HR stakeholders. Identify areas of improvement: You will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement within the HR department and developing strategies to address them. This may involve analyzing existing processes and procedures and gathering feedback. Manage stakeholder relationships: You will be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders, including HR staff, senior management, and external partners. This may involve communicating project updates, soliciting feedback, and managing expectations. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field, such as human resources, business, or organizational psychology. Experience working in the HR domain with a focus on project management, process improvement, and data analysis. Solid project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage timelines, budgets, and resources. PMI certification is a plus. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement. You should be comfortable using statistical software and other data analysis tools. Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify root causes of problems and develop solutions. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Understanding of HR processes and regulations, including employment law, compensation and benefits, and talent management. You have a passion for continuous improvement, always looking for ways to improve HR processes and procedures to increase efficiency, productivity, and employee satisfaction. Lean certification is a plus. Excellent (English) communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You should be comfortable presenting to groups and facilitating meetings.
