Overview We are seeking a talented candidate to join our team and contribute to our success. As a Sales & Service Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and service teams in managing quotations, orders, tender preparations, and various administrative tasks. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and maximizing efficiency within the organization. Responsibilities In order to achieve this, you will:Assist the sales and service teams in managing the quotation and order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.Support in the preparation of tenders, including gathering required documentation, formatting proposals, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.Follow up on marketing qualified leads (MQLs) to facilitate the conversion process and contribute to sales pipeline growth.Assist in marketing campaign response upload process and maintaining customer database.Provide other administrative support as needed. Qualifications In order to reach your objectives, you will call on the following skills:Bachelor's degree in Business Administrative, Science and Technology, Marketing, or equivalent.Previous exposure in sales support, customer service, or related roles will be an added advantage.Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM/Salesforce software is preferred.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.Fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia are mandatory.
