**Objective Hr Executive/HR assistant**The **Human Resources Executive** manages and directs all human resources (HR) tasks for outlet and takes the lead when it comes to any and all human resources matters and functions. HR Executives must ensure company HR policy is followed amongst all employees and managers.Additional HR Executive responsibilities would be directing and overseeing the hiring, training, and dismissal processes and administering and monitoring benefit programs.The Human Resource Executive will also work with the Group HR Manager to strategically plan valuable HR changes and subsequently take action to implement them.The **HR Assistant** duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from coordinating meetings to maintaining our employee database to posting job ads. An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. You'll also assist in creating policies, processes and documents.**HR Job Duties**:- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties (Main role)- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives and manager- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees**HR Skills and Qualifications**:- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.- Experience with renewal of permits for foreign workers is a major plus- Willing to station at any of **Selayang, Kepong, Sg Buloh or Shah Alam**:- 1-year experience in HR or fresh graduate encourage to apply.- Computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel)- Basic knowledge of labour laws- Highly organised and detail oriented- Efficient time-management, direction- Skilled in the art of multitasking- Excels both in independent work and collaboration- Good analytical and problem-solving skills- Honest, ethical and dependable**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus
