Staff Assistant Material Logistics

Arrange/prepare/pack/loading the transportation of goods - standard &non-standard shipmentIn your new role you will:- Arrange/prepare/pack/loading the transportation of goods - standard &non-standard shipment- Work closely with LSP's and suppliers to meet shipment schedule asper commitment to relevant parties- Communicate with internal parties and set realistic expectations on shipment delivery dates- Perform physical/system receive, unpack and ensure timely delivery to M5 for incoming wafers shipment- Lead 5S in respective Shipping area- Ensure compliance of safety and operating standardsYou are best equipped for this task if you have:- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position- Must hold a Forklift driving License- Able to communicate and write in Bahasa Malaysia & basic English- Knowledge in SAP, Ms Outlook, Ms Offices (Excel, PowerPoint)- 6 days of work & able to work 12 hrs shift and also support over the weekends and public holidays- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment- Good attitude, responsible and self-disciplineIn our wafer production in Kulim we are producing more than 100.000 wafer each month.**Driving decarbonization and digitalization.
