Staff Engineer Quality Engineering

In your new role you will:Quality Engineer for assigned product technology and process.Ensure meeting quality and stability expectation for Technology Transfer and Technology Development.Lead of Deviation Management & Risk Management on his/her assigned responsibility. Leadership skill - ability to drive & manage projects varying complexity & size.Lead problem solving in systematic way (Thinking 6 sigma, 8D, 5 Why) for effective problem prevention.Moderate FMEA and risk assessment for new tool/process release.Checker for procedures – to ensure procedures are meeting quality target.Drive continuous quality improvement projects.Support on wide band gap project and digitalization project.You are best equipped for this task if you have:Degree / Master / PhD Electrical / Electronic, Physic, Material Engineering, equivalent engineering or science discipline.Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Semiconductor Wafer Fabrication industry.Knowledgeable and experienced in qualifying Wideband Gap (SiC and GaN) tools and processes.Able to apply Thinking 6 sigma, 8D, 3x5 Why Analysis, and FMEA. Strong analytical skill with systematic approaches.Willing to explore in depth on technology & process assigned.
