Job Description

An expert in electronics component / PCBA manufacturing. He will constantly improve our supplier performance and the quality of our products.

- New product ramp-up: As electronics manufacturing expert you work closely with electronics design teams as well as EMS supplier to ensure all aspects related to best cost, quality and manufacturing are considered in the industrialization phase of new development projects.
- Supplier development: Lead and support (supplier) quality and cost improvement activities, coaching internal & external team(s) on lean management, conduct workshops together with suppliers to enhance their capabilities and increase their performance.
- Project support: Support on supplier enabling as well as supplier quality improvement projects, drive shop floor and logistics digitalization together with suppliers.
- Supplier audit & scouting: Conduct supplier system as well as CSR audits, support new supplier scouting activities in ASEAN region.
- Industry 4.0 & Quality 4.0: Support internal and external operations on industry 4.0 & quality 4.0 implementation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree of above in electronics engineering, mechatronics or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the area of PCBA or electronics components manufacturing and / or development / development field.
- Profound knowledge in (consumer) electronics and PCBA / component manufacturing & quality processes.
- Able to work independently and self-reliable.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with distinct problem solving skills.
- Communication, presentation & facilitator skills.
- Willingness to travel and intercultural experience required.
- Added advantage to have the following knowledge:

- Lean Manufacturing & Agile knowledge
- Purchasing and Logistics experience
- Strong network in ASEAN industry as well as strong networking skills
- Knowledge of Industrial 4.0 and Quality 4.0
- Digitalization experience and affinity
