Staff Nurse (Hospital)

**JOB REQUIREMENT**- Possess Diploma or Bachelor in Nursing from recognized university/ institutions.- Registered with Nursing Board of Malaysia with a valid license to practise as a Registered Nurse.- At least 1 year experience in related field.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Caring, honest and responsible worker.- Willingness to work on scheduled hours, shift and weekends, public holidays, on call and anytime when called during emergency.- Microsoft Office literacy.- Ability to understand, converse and write in BM & English.- Those without Post Basic Certification and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.**JOB DESCRIPTION**- Understand and carries out the nursing care in line with Vision and Mission Statements, Goals and objectives.- Work shift duties or assigned by Unit Manager according to Unit's Operational Hours.- Inform Unit Manager when change occurs in circumstances which affect standards of care.- Receives and handover report of patients, knows the case in details - progress of the patient, ensures all doctors' orders are carried out before shift change and on taking over case.- Follow doctors / consultants ward round and assists them in doing procedures when required.- Liaises and discusses with the relevant doctors / consultants with regards to care of patients in the unit / ward.- Establishes and develops effective communication with all disciplines, patients and relatives to achieve optimal patient satisfaction.- Participates in the health education of patients and their families in the ward.**BENEFITS**- Medical Benefit: Outpatient & Hospitalization- Annual Increment and Bonus- Hostel are provided- Discount for doctors' consultation, tests- Annual and other leaves**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Holidays- On call- Rotational shift- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (required)License/Certification:- APC (required)
