Staff Nurse

To assist the Nurse Manager / Assistant Nurse Manager in the smooth running of the dialysis unit.- Implementation, management and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System- Directs and supervises nursing activities related to patients' care.- Maintain the optimum level of patients' care with allocated staff and resources.- Cannulating, initiating and discontinuing dialysis.- Assist in counseling and education of patients in drugs, fluid, diet management and blood test results.- Maintains an effective communication and professional relationship with physicians, patients, families and other departmental staffs- Assists in developing and implement unit policies and procedures and standards of nursing care- Ensure patient old records are filed according to ISO requirements and kept in respective place- Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment requisitioning repairs as needed.- Preparation of Heparin injection.- Setting up and priming of dialysers and lines- Minimum Diploma in Nursing- Registered with Malaysia Nursing Board- Possess valid practicing certificate- No work experience required.- No night shift**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal allowance- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)License/Certification:- NURSING LJM (APC) (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Petaling Jaya (required)Ability to Relocate:- Petaling Jaya: Relocate before starting work (required)
