Staff Nurse (Renal Care)

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our team at **DaVita Kidney Care Wangsa Maju**. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing specialized nursing care to patients with kidney disease and supporting the management of their treatments.**Responsibilities**:- Provide specialized nursing care to patients with kidney disease, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assessing patients' symptoms and progress.- Assist in the management of dialysis treatments, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients throughout the process.- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, based on their unique needs and treatment goals.- Educate patients and their families about kidney disease, treatment options, and self-care techniques to promote optimal health and well-being.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, documenting patients' assessments, treatments, and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards to minimize the risk of complications and ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.**Qualifications**:Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, including computer skills as required.- Registered as a general nurse with Malaysia Nursing Board- Willing to learn and would like to have post-basic qualification for nephrology- Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel and Power Point with ability to create presentations and use the Internet effectively required.- Attention to detail for accurate and efficient medical records management- Ability to work effectively in a team environment- Min Diploma in Nursing, Medical Assistant, Healthcare**How to Apply**:**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduatePay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Holidays- On call- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay- Performance bonus
