In your new role you will: R- esponsible for periodical Financial Position Review & Report to regional & local Board members. A- ssist and ensure all accounting procedures and reporting systems are implemented, controlled and monitored F- ulfil Local Statutory Requirement and Supervisory Board Reporting. Handling ad hoc audit requirement by various authorities L- iaise with auditors and other relevant internal/external business partners T- reasury management - Supervision of cash flow forecast and currency needs according to current business and investments needs, Company Insurance Matter H- andling of Transfer Pricing and Product costing. Responsible for the annual product cost calculation and Transfer Pricing. Quarterly product cost calculation, variance and productivity analysis H- andling of company secretarial duties, ensure compliance with the requirements of the Companies Commission of Malaysia. E- nsure timely and accurate lodgment/submission of statutory documents and the records are properly kept and updated L- ead the other ad-hoc assignment related to Finance Department function & related mattersYou are best equipped for this task if you have: D- egree in Accountancy/Finance or Professional Qualification in Finance M- inimum 8 years working experience in related field, preferably with audit background/ having manufacturing industry experience. M- IA or Accounting Professional membership & familiar with the companies Act 2016 will be an added advantage. W- ell versed in accounting systems and processes. Knowledge in SAP, especially FICO module would be an added advantage P- referably high level of Excel expertise including graph charting and data extraction A- team player, possess strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skillsIn our wafer production in Kulim we are producing more than 100.000 wafer each month.D**riving decarbonization and digitalization.
