Staff Supervisor Operations

In your new role you will: S- upervises a team of operators and senior operators including allocation of tasks and monitoring of quality delivered. R- esponsible for implementing production schedules, methods and processes, ensuring the effective use of manpower. P- rioritise few activities and make effective decisions in a high stress manufacturing workplace, using known problem solving I- nteract and communicate effectively with equipment engineering and process engineering in a support roleYou are best equipped for this task if you have: 1- to 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment in a supervisory role.
