Staff Technician Facility Control System

Performs preventive maintenance, set up, repair, troubleshooting and equipment support for facility area (Electromechanical, gas and chemical system, ultra-pure water plant, waste water plant, vacuum abatement infrastructure and Trichlorosilane).In your new role you will:•Performs preventive maintenance, set up, repair, troubleshooting and equipment support for facility area (Electromechanical, gas and chemical system, ultra-pure water plant, waste water plant, vacuum abatement infrastructure and Trichlorosilane).•Involve with project team and support engineers to perform test and commissioning, compile punch list, involve in site acceptance test and support engineers on documents.•Solves known problems using basic troubleshooting skills and can function independently.•Interaction with service providers and own engineering teams.•Participates in setting and reaching department goals.•Writes technical reports and daily shift reports.•Tracks and analyses parts consumption.•Fully trained in facility area with more than one tool set.•Works on safety formalities for facility area together with environment, safety & health•Safety representative for facility management.•Performs troubleshooting in control system and low voltage electrical system.•Carry out daily Facilities Shift Operation duty including supporting the outsource vendors PM works as per standard operating procedure(SOP).You are best equipped for this task if you have:•Required staff technician for Facilities operation.•Age preferable below 35.•Min qualifications: Degree/Diploma/ Certificate /Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia Tahap 3 and above in Electrical/Mechanical/Control/HVAC/Gas/Chemical/UPW/WWT/Vacuum Abatement and at least > 2yrs working experience.•Preferably if have experience in Facilities Control and Instrumentation System/PLC/Sensor/Actuator/BMS/SCADA.•,Able to work in shift or normal.•Knowledge in PLC and Field instruments would be added advantages.•Good interpersonal and communication skills.•Self-initiated and able to work independently.•Computer skills: Windows (Microsoft office) / Macros Excel.•Working experience in Facilities system Electrical/Mechanical/Control/ Scada/Upw/WWTP/ Gas/ Chemical/ Vacuum Abatement.BenefitsCoaching, mentoring networking possibilitiesWide range of training offers & planning of career developmentInternational assignmentsDifferent career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual ContributorFlexible working conditionsHoliday child careMedical coverageOn-site social counselling and works doctorHealth promotion programsOn-site gym, jogging paths, beachvolleyball, tennis & soccer courtOn-site canteenPrivate insurance offersFlexible transition into retirement
