Principal Duties & Responsibilities : Sustain existing CIP Analytics Tracker (Data entry, mapping etc.) Create Standard Work Instruction on CIP Data Entry via new CIP Tool (for Normal User). Prepare the weekly report on Pending Review and Accepted Idea with Forwarded to Responsible Department. Assist in preparing training materials Assist in Lean tool implementation Assist in developing standard templates for BPOE for standardization Support all other tasks as assigned by Management Minimum Qualification : Degree in Engineering, perferably in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to present results clearly and compellingly.
