Store Assistant

**Responsibilities:- **- Monitor stock take accuracy rate and discrepancy.- Monitor and follow up Finished Goods receiving and delivery operation and ERP system.- Follow up FG return and RMA- Ensure inventory card are updated.- Monitor FG inventory safety security and Storage Space.- Monitor subordinates attendance and manpower arrangement.- Review warehouse housekeeping (5S)- Monitor FG Store Temperature & Humidity level.- ERP system receipt, generate bar code label. Material/part receive from vendor/forwarder.- Receiving functions: material deliver to store after IQC passed, storage and Inventory Card updating.- Issue material function : Issue following Material Transfer Form- Inventory/Stock accuracy : Cycle count**Requirements:- **- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Proficiency in languages: Mandarin, English and Malay.- Required skills: Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word.- Knowledges in store operation is preferable.- Good in Mathematics.- Able to work overtime when needed.- Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas.Full-Time position available.**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)Expected Start Date: 04/15/2024
