Store Keeper Production Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION: - Assisting in documentation & support for the company needs for the functioning of the department. - To assist on administrative tasks, filling, reports and data entry. - Manage stock in and out. Handle loading/unloading and storage of items. - Take stock of inventory, manage the store layout, supervise staff and keep records of sales. - Ensure all received parts comply with receiving order details specified. - Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized. - Ensure received stock are stored at designated area and labelled accordingly to its category. - Implement and maintain store system. - To check and receive all the incoming stock. Record quantity of product finished goods. - To record all stock transactions & conduct inventory checks - Checking possible damages or scratches. - Report to the management on stock/inventory of parts and conduct stock count on monthly basis. - Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment. - Working on the production line and meeting production targets. - Assist on any ad-hoc tasks & duties assigned by superior from time to time. - Responsible in controlling the quality of products and targeted output. REQUIREMENT - Must be organized and punctual. - Well-presented and professional. - A high school qualification or equivalent. - Prior experience in retail, preferably in a management position, would be advantageous. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Computer literate & proficient in Microsoft Office.To be the voice for quality and change in the bird's nest industry by setting up and meeting industry standards. To raise overall standards within the Malaysian edible bird's nest industry. To empower Malaysian edible bird's nest manufacturers to meet strict Malaysian and foreign export regulations. To educate and assist edible bird's nest retailers worldwide in switching to higher quality products. To establish a secure and reliable supply chain and minimise foreign export stock-outs. To define an international standard for edible bird's nest and push for its adoption by governing bodies. To provide accurate and relevant information to increase consumer awareness.SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
