Store Supervisor & Assistant Store Manager

Requirements:- Min SPM holder or Diploma in any Sales, Retail, Marketing, Business Management or any related fields
- At least 3 years of working experience as Store Supervisor or above experience
- Proficient in Ms Office with strong Excel skills and presentation preparation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa, Proficient in Mandarin ( Will be advantage for company )
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Presentable, independent, customer-oriented and strong business sense
- Prior exposure in premium fashion brands/menswear brands is highly preferredResponsibilities:- To lead the team, motivate them to drive store productivity and excellent service quality
- To develop and provide coaching to the team on the day-to-day activities
- To ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively align with the brand-s standard
- To analyse sales figure, forecasting future sales and interpreting trends to facilitate planning
- To report the relevant business information to the Brand Director and propose solutions
- To maintain an excellent level of the presentation of the shop interiors, the mannequins and the windows
- To monitor the inventory and keep the stock level at optimum
- To maintain awareness of market trends in the industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and prone to market changes
- To act as the key member of the management team, to lead and motivate staff by being a role model and setting an exceptional example to all staffBenefits:- Basic Salary RM 2,000.00 - RM 3,000.00
