Store Supervisor - Luxury Brand (Jpo)

Achieve store sales target and maximise profitability- Upsell and cross-sell products- Ensure customer support and engagement, and assist Store in-charge in managing customers' expectations and complaints- Ensure the store cleanliness with an organised appearance at all times- Ensure proper sales and accounting for money, cashier transactions and other payment services- Participate in stock-take, replenish and arranging products and assisting to ensure operational and executional efficiency within the store- Supervise, coach and coordinate activities of junior staff and ensuring their efficiency at the store- Overseeing new hires, conduct training, assist in administrative functions for the store when needed- Performing the responsibilities of the Store in-charge whenever he/she is not around- Liaise with internal stakeholders where needed**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per monthSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay
