**Key Responsibilities**:**Inventory Management**:- Receive incoming shipments of goods, verify their quantity and quality, and ensureaccurate documentation.- Organize and store products in designated areas using appropriate storage methods toprevent damage and deterioration.- Maintain a well-organized inventory layout to enable easy access and efficient stockrotation.- Perform regular physical counts of inventory to reconcile discrepancies and ensureaccurate record-keeping.**Stock Issuance and Replenishment**:- Process requests for items from various departments or customers and ensure timelyissuance.- Monitor stock levels to identify items that require replenishment and initiate orders asneeded.- Coordinate with purchasing and procurement teams to restock inventory in a timelymanner.**Record-Keeping**:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory transactions, includingreceipts, issuances, and adjustments.- Utilize computerized inventory management systems or manual logs to track stockmovements and levels.- Generate reports on inventory status, usage, and trends for management review.**Quality Control**:- Inspect incoming goods for quality and compliance with established standards.- Implement and monitor quality control measures to prevent the storage of damaged orexpired items.**Safety and Compliance**:- Adhere to safety regulations and protocols while handling and storing inventory items,particularly those that are hazardous or sensitive.- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirementsrelated to inventory management.**Collaboration**:- Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, sales, and logistics, to facilitatesmooth operations and meet customer demands.- Communicate effectively with team members to address inventory-related issues andcoordinate efforts.**Organization and Cleanliness**:- Maintain a clean and organized storage environment to enhance efficiency and reducesafety risks.- Arrange and label items in a clear and systematic manner to facilitate quick identification.- Any orders from superiors**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM1,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shift- On callSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Port Dickson: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Can you start immediately?**Education**:- STM/STPM (required)**Experience**:- Storekeeping: 1 year (required)Application Deadline: 08/31/2023Expected Start Date: 09/01/2023
