Kuala Lumpur, MalaysiaAbout the roleYour responsibilities will include- Assist Store Inspector ensure incoming goods comply with airworthiness standards.- Maintain accurate records and detect counterfeit parts.- Assist on tracking, maintaining and update proper levels of stocks availability in accordance with the airworthiness and aircraft requirements.- Assist to plan and manage inventory physical check, spares issue verification and ensure the inventory system is updated electronically and physically.- Monitor stock levels and implement corrective measures.- Assist Store Inspectors to oversee receiving, issuing, and storage of materials.- Maintain storage areas in compliance with regulations.- Assist the Manager to coordinate handling and shipment of parts.- Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of shipments.- Maintain records of inventory transactions and shipping processes.- Take part in utilizing system for efficient control.**Requirements**:You are perfect for this role if you:- Diploma in Logistics/Aviation Management or equivalent.- Minimum 2 years experience in Warehousing/Logistics or similar with above qualification.- Minimum 5 years experience in Warehouse/Logistics or similar in lieu of above qualification.- Fresh graduates can be considered as well.
