This role will be is responsible for achieving targeted AOP through effective alignment, execution and accomplishment of Growth Initiative goals for the assigned strategic accounts in the O&G industry in Malaysia.Brief Job Scope:Develops strategy and account plans for assigned strategic accounts and coordinates with channel & Industry Vertical Teams/OEM in order to achieve AOP TargetMaintains healthy mix/funnel of products, solutions and services within assigned strategic account packagesObtains in-depth understanding of client processes and business modelIdentifies right qualifying opportunities and drive quality of engagement to ensure effective customer win rateLeverages application knowledge/industry (O&G) expertise to manage sales activities in adherence to RA's Customer Centric strategy processCoordinates with key stakeholders to ensure timely and effective product, solution and services deliveryEnsures compliance to policy and procedures as per RA's standardsAbout You:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related discipline. More than 5 years' relevant sales / account management experience in O&G industryDemonstrated technical acumen (industrial automation) and industry (O&G) experience to understand customers issues and providing capabilities to address these issues.
