We work where the problems are, we innovate and find practical solutions on the ground.**Your Role**Being Strategic Analyst within the Global Supply Chain Analysis team, **y**our day will be focused on:- Lead the process of **creating a strategy and roadmap** **to drive Members/ Clients on their transformation journey toward sustainability, in particular related to palm oil commodity, and address No Deforestation (verify, monitor & risk reduction) in their supply chains;- ** Analyse **available** data **and the overall picture across suppliers and regions to detect overlaps and hidden opportunities to develop pathways to attain No Deforestation targets;- Act as **regional referent in providing key inputs and recommendations **to Members/ Clients for the development of reports (supply chain knowledge and commodity specificities);- Support the Member Managers to** **present and discuss the strategy with Members**;**:- ** Lead** **the engagement** of palm oil suppliers**,** including the preparation and presentation of reports to members/suppliers, plan site visits; and follow-up on action items coming out of the presentation of reports to members/suppliers;- **Implement** **strategies **across members, ensuring harmony, detecting overlaps and opportunities of cross-member collaboration, together with the full Strategic Analysts Team;- Be an active, engaging, and innovative** **team player**;- **Participate** **in and/ or facilitate** agreed upon industry working group, and represent Earthworm Foundation and/or Represent Starling and SCA Team on collaboration groups.Please follow this link to dive into the Starling Programme.**Your Profile**You are genuinely passionate about leveraging agricultural supply chains to improve environmental and social outcomes, and interested in a career with a dynamic non-profit that builds relationships with companies, governments and civil society organizations to bring responsible products to market.Your expertise on Palm oil supply chains, as well as your good understanding of No Deforestation, Peat and Exploitation (NDPE) concept and implementation makes you a great asset to the team. Experienced in project management you are independent, pro-active and reliable in your work but also demonstrate strong appetite for collaboration as you will be working across multiple departments, cultures and time-zones.Being a natural communicator you enjoy relationship management with external stakeholders (members, suppliers..) and master public speaking to present analysis and advises to varied audience with ease and confidence.
