Strategic Project Manager

Job description In your new role you will:To plan, organize, lead and control Development Strategic Projects focusing on People Development, KPIs definition & monitoring and related strategic topics to meet Development Department goals & KPIs.Tracking & reporting of project status to all stakeholders with timely escalation as required.Ensure proper project closure and handover to operations.Plans, organizes and controls the project / sub-projects with moderate complexity (up to complexity class C project)Fully responsible for all operation decisions in the project and for the successful achievement of all project targets (time, quality, cost & budget)Be the key communication interface (for project related matters), representing Backend to other IFX divisions ( e.g. Business lines, Central Functions e.g. FE, Finance..etc)Use IFX Project Management tools to structure projects, control progress and for reporting & documentation.Drive problem solving activities within the project using standard IFX trouble shooting methodologies (8D, why-why analysis, DMAIC)Support Development Heads & Development Excellence Head in defining departmental strategies and package development roadmap to achieve business success and technology leadership. Your profile You are best equipped for this task if you have:Master / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics)Project Management Professional Certification (IPMA Level C)Minimum 7years of working experience, and with minimum 4years of leading Projects.Has very good experience & knowledge in terms of project initiation, planning and closing including reporting and documentationExcellent aptitude for collaboration, people management, negotiation and solutions findings.Knowledge in Semiconductor engineering and operation. Excellent Communication skills.Ability to anticipate issues and challenges and resolving them quickly
