Role Overview As a Strategy and Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the organization. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and leadership skills to align business objectives with effective day-to-day processes. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and refine the organization's overall strategic plan in collaboration with executive leadership. Conduct market analysis, competitive assessments, and identify growth opportunities. Streamline and optimize internal processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Work with department heads to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for process improvement. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives. Analyze data and provide regular reports to leadership on the performance of the organization against strategic goals. Lead and facilitate organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new strategies. Allocate resources effectively to support key initiatives and maximize ROI. Identify potential risks to the organization's strategy and operations. Develop and implement risk mitigation plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA) is a plus. Proven experience in strategic planning, operations management, or a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across different departments. Leadership experience with a focus on inspiring and developing teams.
