Strategy Representative

Job Responsibility Develop concept plans, layouts, and presentation materials for official submissions. Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities for construction projects. Prepare Planning Evaluation Reports and supporting documents. Attend meetings and briefings, report progress to superiors. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and adherence to approved plans. Keep abreast of changes in town planning regulations and communicate updates to the construction team as needed. Collaborate with the team to meet milestones. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree, diploma in Urban and Regional Planning or related field. 2-4 years of experience in town planning or urban development. Strong understanding of construction projects. Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel etc).AutoCAD skills will be advantage. Ability to analyze maps and create graphics. Self-motivated, collaborative, and dedicated.
