Structural Designer

**JOB OBJECTIVE / SUMMARY**Responsible to assist Chief Designer in the effective implementation of product design in term of speed, cost, value add to meet customer expectation and validate production capability.**JOB DESCRIPTION**- To perform new design and development on time to support marketing department and validate on the production capability- To liase with business development on the product requirement and provide professional advise to gain reproducibility of production run- To coordinate with other sections in sample making, sourcing and sample preparation- To provide accurate and timely design drawing to business development to approach customers- To perform the transfer of customer specification and follow up with the updating information into soft copy with relevant reference number- Monitor the board stock, control the reorder and receiving of material- Liaise with superior constantly for production improvement activities.- Consistently update superior on problem solving.- Perform any tasks assigned by superior from time to time**JOB REQUIREMENT**- Diploma or higher in any discipline with experience in similar field- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply- Able to communicate in English- Able to prepare document accurately- Able to do production planning- Able to work with different level of people.- Good interpersonal skills- Computer literate**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
