Student Aide

**Responsibilities**:- Supervise and assist a student in after-school activities.- Supervise student completion of daily homework.- Encourage the development of necessary good social skills and increase independence.- Create opportunities for skills learned to build upon and used in different situations.- Provide general administrative or technical support to the school.- Able to identify the behavioral problem and determine the right course of action.- Provide emotional support to the student.- Ensure the student's safety and well-being are taken care of at all times.- Liaise with the parent, teacher, and counselor to provide feedback on the student's behavior and learning progress.- Develop and maintain good relationships and communication with parents in meeting students' needs.- Help student develops basic life skills, and live independently.- Ensure accurate progress records and assessment reports.**Qualifications and Requirements**:- A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or other relevant fields.- Preferably with 1:1 caregiving experience.- Overall high proficiency in English and Mandarin, including **reading, writing, and speaking to interact well with students and parents.**:- Possess good emotional intelligence, able to socialize and work well with people at all levels.- Possess good communication skills, preferably to explain complex day-to-day phenomena simply to a special needs student.- Self-motivated, and able to work professionally with mínimal supervision.- A team player, meticulous to details, and strong organizational skills.- Flexible to work on weekends & Public holidays.Schedule:- Rotational shift
