Student Success Specialist

**Student Advising and Support**:- Provide personalized academic advising to students, addressing their individual needs and concerns.- Offer guidance on course selection, study plans, and career development.- Assist students in navigating challenges and connecting them with relevant resources.**International Student Affairs**:- Serve as the main point of contact for international students, assisting with visa processes, cultural adjustment, and integration into the local community.- Organize orientation programs for new international students and coordinate cultural exchange activities.**Collaboration with Academic Departments**:- Collaborate with academic departments to identify and address student needs.- Work closely with instructors to monitor student progress and implement intervention strategies when necessary.**Event Planning and Coordination**:- Organize and participate in events that enhance the student experience, such as workshops, seminars, and cultural celebrations.- Foster a sense of community by creating opportunities for students to engage with each other.**Data Management**:- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and interventions.- Analyze data to identify trends and implement improvements in student success initiatives.**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)Willingness to travel:- 25% (required)Application Deadline: 06/03/2024
