Supervisor Chlorination (Production)

**Qualification**- Disciplined, positive attitude, initiative & must be hands on.- Communicate well with superior and subordinates.- Manage & supervise a group of Department Leaders / Assistants / Operators to achieve set objectives- Able to furnish relevant reports on-time.- Minimum 2-3 years in supervisory level, knowledge in gloves environment is added advantageDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIE- To ensure the machines are well maintained.- To ensure the production's yield is high and good grade quality.- To be in charge of workers discipline and performance.- To lead a team of Treatment Technician and General workers to achieve company objectives and their jobs.- To have systematic and positive problem solving approach.- To ensure that the machines run effectively with minimum breakdown and maintain it regularly.- To ensure productivity is high and minimum wastage.- To liaise closely with Quality Department on quality matters.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shift- Night shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonus
