Supervisor, Formulation (Based In Glenmarie)

**Responsibilities and Duties**:1. Adhere to the laboratory procedures and GMP practices.2. Use and maintain Practice Personal Protective Equipment in the laboratory.3. Receive, record, label, and store all materials according to poison, non-poison, and packaging materials.4. Receive, record, label, and store all finished products, intermediate, and retained samples accordingly.5. Ensure Scheduled Poison and Scheduled Waste are kept separately and secured, recorded, and labelled according to regulation.6. Assist the formulator in conducting pre-formulation experiments such as incompatibility studies, excipients and APIs physical studies, reference product characterization, etc.7. Perform trials and testing according to formulator.8. Record all development and experiments.9. Set, operate, and maintain all the machines and test equipment in the formulation laboratory.10. Maintain and ensure the facilities, tools, and utilities are fit to use including cleaning agents, tissues, etc.11. Participate in scale-up activities for the assigned new product projects.12. Participate in committee/ OE/ Kaizen if nominated.Job Specifications:1. At least SPM or Diploma.2. Experience 3 years in pharmaceutical R&D or manufacturing.3. Specialized in pharmaceutical equipment operation & maintenance.4.
