Supervisor

1. Work closely with Operation Manager and Production Executive. 2. To set daily/ weekly/ monthly objectives by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring and evaluating job results. 3. To effectively supervise, coach, motivate and lead a team of production operators to achieve daily targets and to increase productivity. 4. To monitor the worker's movement and attendance for all employees and ensure no effect to production. 5. Reports on team performance to production executive. 6. Ensure production process compliance to food safety, food quality, and hygiene standards (Halal, MeSTI) and compliance to safety and work procedure regulation. 7. Prepare and submit production daily, weekly and monthly reports (includes HACCP and ISO documentation). 8. Evaluates the condition of production machine and facilities and inform on machine or facility failure to ensure no disruption to production. 9. To maintain good housekeeping in production. 10. Communicates with and assists other manufacturing departments needed. 11. Assists in inventory control and stock management., 12.
