Supervisor

Monitors and maintain budget allocation for area office within approval unit- Compile and checks progress claim for submission to Technical Executive / Area Manager, clients and for sub-contractors / suppliers.- To asses area office requirement for facilities and resources to facilities maintenance activities to be conduct- Monitors and control performance of sub-contractors and supplies- Monitors and communicates Regional office to area office for any major event at area within regional manager supervision- Supervise the maintenance team in performing the daily work- Supervise the maintenance team in performing the emergency work before 24 hours during the compliment- Assisting technical executive in preparing and update monthly executive report- Performing routine maintenance work and emergency work when needed- Monitor periodic work when needed**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Company car- Health insurance- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotionSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to Commute:- Kota Bharu (preferred)Ability to Relocate:- Kota Bharu: Relocate before starting work (required)Application Deadline: 09/01/2023
