Job Title:Supervisor, Manufacturing**Job Description**:Position Purpose & Summary:Oversee the overall day to day Assembly production line for 200mm Reticle & SMIFpodsPrimary Duties & Responsibilities:1. Meeting output targets (overall production schedule, quality and zero safety issue)2. Make sure operators meet the performance intended, monitor productivity andprovide coaching3. Ensure working environment is safe, and healthy4. Have the capability to identify, analyze and resolve problems.5. Provide input as and when required to help solve day to day production issues in theline6. Ensure production work are done according to SOP, WI procedure and in properorder.7. Work well with others supporting team to achieve target and goals.8. Perform production reportings (Output reports, scrap reports, ETQ submissions, etc)and other documentations required9. Review Work orders on a timely manner prior to run and have proper planning toensure all materials are available.10. Do Communication pass down (Tier boards) & vital information to oncoming shiftKnowledge:1. Familiar with company guidelines and safety rules2. Plastic injection molding and assemblies3. Handling production**Skills**:1. Ability to train and coach operators2. Good communication skills3. Good organization and leadership skills4. Good English5.Personal Attributes:1.
