Supervisor, Production

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- To ensure that the machines are well maintained.- To ensure that production yield is high and of good grade quality.- To be in charge of worker's discipline and performance.- To lead and supervise workers on their jobs.- To ensure that the machines run effectively with minimum breakdown and maintain it regularly.- To ensure productivity is high with minimum wastage.- To liaise closely with Quality Control Department on quality matters.- To highlight and update any quality issue when found any lot reject by QA.- To organize and delegate duty to the workers.- To ensure that the workers understand the job well & carry out accordingly.- To provide on the job training regularly for the workers.- To ensure ISO quality system are carried out effectively.- To submit daily production report to Production Manager.- To carry out any other assignment as and when required by the superior.- To monitor the discipline and performance of the workers.- Assigning responsibilities to production employees- Coaching employees- Supervising and monitoring employees- Compiling production records- Ensuring all equipment is functioning properly- Ensuring production plans are completed in time- Communicating with other manufacturing departments- Identifying and troubleshooting production issues- Ensuring and maintaining safe work environment- Other assigned duties as required.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:- Diploma in polymer, chemistry, chemical engineering, or related fields- Minimum of 2 years of experience as Production Supervisor, fresh graduate are welcome to apply- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Proficiency in MS Office- Ability to lead a team- Excellent problem-solving skills- Strong analytical skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduatePay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shift- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)- Supervising: 1 year (preferred)Application Deadline: 07/01/2024
