'¢ Lead, supervise and motivate a QA Team to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operations in QA and Microbiological laboratories; '¢ Design work schedules/shift roaster for QA Team and provide back-up for the day-to-day operation; '¢ Ensure that the raw materials and finished products quality is within the specification and released in accordance to the relevant procedures; '¢ Review the finished products related analysis records, analyze and trouble shoot problems related to product quality and communicate with relevant external parties for process control adjustment; '¢ Support in analyzing and troubleshooting of non-conformities / customer complaint; '¢ Assist in drafting SOPs, WI and testing plans/schedules and ensure they are adhered to; '¢ Ensure the monitoring and measuring equipment is calibrated periodically; '¢ Ensure the training plan for QA Team is carried out promptly; '¢ Prepare daily/monthly/yearly reports including COA and maintain record keeping. '¢ Assist in implementing & maintaining FSSC, HACCP, GMP, HALAL, GLP, 5S and quality systems.
