Supervisor, Securities Lending Operation**Job Summary****What is the opportunity?**Our client is a specialist provider of asset services, custody, payments and treasury services. The objectives for Malaysia are to enhance the scalability of their global operations, improve service quality via their 'centres of excellence' and to implement/leverage standardised processes globally.**Working hours : 3pm-12am / 4pm-1am****Region : Europe****What will you do?**- Works closely with manager of department to achieve department and organization goals.- To provide input to Lending manager on the performance of staff.- Constantly seeking increase production accuracy- Action oriented - exhibits drive, motivation, communication and decision making skills.- Displays leadership and demonstrates ability to adapt to changes.- Identifying and encourage process improvement ideas.- To assist Lending Manager in the efficiency and productivity of the team.- Achieve all SLA's that have been agreed.- Analyze and Interpret MI's- Reviewing of process procedures periodically**What do you need to succeed?**Must-have- At least a College degree- Any prior banking experience in operations / Back office is a plus- Word Knowledge of different investment instrument types- 4 years relevant Securities Operations/financial services experience- Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize actions- Motivated, flexible, able to be part of a team- 2 - 3 years of managerial experienceNice-to-have- Systems literate- Good Verbal and written communication skills- Process Improvement and innovation**What's in it for you?**Our Client thrive on the challenge to be their best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
